REFUND POLICY
We want you to love your scent. If you don't, we'll take it back.
You have 14 days from the day your package is delivered to request a return.
How It Works
If the scent isn't for you, simply email us at support@fakeparfume.com
within 14 days of receiving your order.
We will provide you with instructions on how to return the bottle.
Shipping Costs
We will refund you the full price of the bottle(s), but shipping costs are your responsibility.
- Original Shipping: The shipping cost paid during checkout is not refunded.
- Return Shipping: You are responsible for the cost of shipping the item back to us.
Fair Use Condition
We accept returns on opened bottles, but they must not be empty.
We measure the liquid level when the bottle is returned. If significant usage is detected
(more than what is required to test the scent), we reserve the right to deny the refund.
Processing Your Refund
Once we receive your return and inspect it, we will process your refund to your
original payment method within 3-5 business days.
Your bank or payment provider may take additional time to post the funds to your account.
