Where We Ship
We ship directly from our facility in Quebec, Canada.
Wrong Address?
We print labels exactly as you enter them. If you made a mistake, email us IMMEDIATELY.
Once the package enters the production queue, it is difficult to change, and once shipped we cannot reroute it.
Lost Packages
Marked Delivered: We are not responsible for package theft after delivery. Please track your order and be available to receive it.
Lost in Transit: If the tracking has not updated for 14 days, we will investigate and reship your order free of charge.
Returns
